Son-Kul lake, second largest lake in Kyrgyzstan with a surface area of 270 square kilometers, sitting at an altitude of 3016 meters above sea level, offers unforgettable experience of sleeping in yurts by the lake. Watch spectacular sunset and unusually big stars.
Day 1: Depart from Bishkek traveling on Bishkek-Torugart Highway. Lunch at Boom gorge. Access Son-Kul lake via Kalmak-Ashuu pass. Check into Yurts by the lake Son-Kul. Traditional dinner at the yurt camp with kyrgyz family.
Day 2: Breakfast at the yurt. Trekking to the petroglyphs. Depart to Bishkek.
