Horse riding like a real nomad in Son-Kul (literally “ultimate lake”) is an alpine experience like you have never had before. The lake in northern Naryn province, Kyrgyzstan. It lies at an altitude of 3016 m. It is surrounded by a summer pastures and mountains. Its beauty is greatly praised, and enhanced by its remoteness. There are no facilities on the lake, but local herders will provide you their horses, living yurts and supplies.
