Here is a detailed overview of our three-day adventure:
Itinerary: Bishkek – Kyzart – Song-Kol
Day 1: Bishkek – Kyzart (Arrival & Acclimatization)
Our adventure begins at 10:00 AM in Bishkek. We’ll journey through the majestic Tian Shan mountains, stopping for a scenic lunch at the picturesque Orto-Tokoy Reservoir. Here, you can capture stunning photos and savor local delicacies.
In the afternoon, we’ll arrive at the welcoming village of Kyzart and settle into a cozy guesthouse. This day is dedicated to acclimatizing to the altitude and local weather, ensuring a comfortable experience for the days ahead.
Day 2: Horseback Riding to Song-Kol Lake
After a hearty breakfast, we’ll head to Bazar-Turuk Valley to meet our trusty horses. Guided by experienced horsemen, we’ll embark on an unforgettable horseback adventure to the majestic Song-Kol Lake.
The journey will take us through snow-covered fields and stunning mountain passes, offering spectacular views. Upon reaching the lake, we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch in a cozy yurt nestled on the frozen lakeshore.
The afternoon will be filled with exciting winter activities, including sledding on the frozen lake, building snowmen, and relaxing in the warmth of the yurt. A magical day in nature awaits.
Day 3: Return to Bishkek
After enjoying breakfast in the tranquil lakeside setting, we’ll begin our return journey to Kyzart on horseback. Upon arrival, we’ll have lunch in the village before continuing our journey to Bishkek.
We’ll arrive in Bishkek in the evening, filled with unforgettable memories of this unique adventure in Kyrgyzstan’s mountains.
