A trekking in which you will get a very approximate idea of all the mountainous areas of the country. From West to East, from Ala Archa to Tien Chian passing through the incredible caravansarai Tash Rabat to rest your legs between trekking and trekking. Hiking boots, hydration equipment, and emergency food. Hat, appropriate trekking backpack, sleeping bag (rental upon request), knife type multi-tool, appropriate clothing for the weather, first aid kit, mountain glasses, sun cream, stomach and head medication. We recommend to get in the hands of an expert advisor before coming to make the first trekking of your life or high mountain ascent of your life.

There is no mandatory vaccination for Spaniards in Kyrgyzstan and Central Asian countries. Mandatory yellow fever vaccine for endemic countries. It is always advisable to have tetanus, hepatitis and typhoid vaccines.

In Kyrgyzstan all selected accommodations have a special charm, selected for some reason always. We will use the establishments indicated in the program or of the same category.

In Kyrgyzstan you can have all different climates on the same day. In July and August it is hot and dry, but in the mountains the weather is unpredictable. Outside the central summer months always bring warm clothes. It usually snows from November onwards.

Kyrgyzstan and the surrounding countries are very safe, politically stable and have a low rate of common crime.

Normally from Europe you fly via Istanbul. There are no direct flights from Spain. The price is around 450 euros round trip, and the total transfer time is about 12 hours.

Itinerary

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN BISHKEK
Recogida en el aeropuerto y traslado al hotel. Alojamiento. Tour cultural por la joven Bishkek. Por la tarde-noche encuentro con el mánager de AFA para daros la bienvenida. Compartiremos un té o la cena, lo que os apetezca.

DAY 2: BISHKEK - RATZEKA REFUGE

Después de desayunar iniciamos el desplazamiento con nuestro guía/conductor al parque Nacional Ala Archa que empieza a apenas 40 minutos de la capital, y ascensión hasta el refugio que se encuentra a 3350 metros. La ascensión puede tomar alrededor de 5 horas, dependiendo de tu forma física y del estado de la nieve y el tiempo. Alojamiento en la cabaña Ratzeka.

DAY 3: BISHKEK - RATZEKA REFUGE - BISHKEK
Hoy invertiremos el día entre las montañas de Ala Archa y el descenso a Bishkek desde el refugio. . Alojamiento en el mismo hotel de la noche anterior. Descanso y cena.

DAY 4: BISHKEK - TASH RABAT
Hoy vamos a conocer Tash Rabat! Es un caravansarai de piedra del siglo XV que se encuentra a una altitud de 3.200 metros! Pero antes de llegar y después del desayuno visitaremos la torre de Burana en Tokmok. Es un minarete del S XI y uno de los primeros edificios de este tipo en Asia central. El tamaño original del minarete era de 45 metros. Hoy quedan en pie 25 metros tras caer parte del monumento en un terremoto en el siglo XV. Yal llegar aTash Rabat verás por qué es...nuestra joya escondida... !Tiempo libre para visitarlo y caminar por la zona. Posibilidad de ver espectáculo de música local, clases de cocina o montaje de una yurta, preguntad antes para reservar. Alojamiento y cena en las yurtas.

DAY 5: TASH RABAT - KARAKOL
Hoy tenemos un largo día en ruta. Nos dirigimos hasta el lago Issyk Kul, el segundo lago de montaña más grande del mundo, cuya profundidad llega a los 600 m.. Por el camino, visitaremos el cañón Fairy Tale y el desfiladero Jeti-Oguz, impresionantes formaciones montañosas. Jety Oguz es famoso por la piedra arenisca roja formando figuras en forma de “Siete Toros” y de un “Corazón Roto”. Tour cultural por la ciudad de Karakol, podemos visitar una mezquita Duncan de origen chino y una iglesia ortodoxa de madera que no se empleó para su construcción ni un solo clavo. Alojamiento en hotel 3*. Cena.

DAY 6: KARAKOL-LAKE ALA-KUL (START OF TREKKING)

Iniciamos la estrella del tour camino del Valle del río Karakol, a lo largo del río del mismo nombre y en un excitante viaje atravesando bosques de coníferas y formaciones rocosas. Realizaremos una caminata camino arriba por el Valle Ala-Kul, atravesando bosques. Finalmente llegaremos al Campamento Sirota donde cenaremos y pasaremos la noche (2800mts).

DAY 7: SIROTA - ALTYN ARASHAN CAMP

Desayuno y continuación de la caminata ascendente hacia la cabecera del valle. Al llegar al lago Alakol, que está a 3532 m disfrutaremos de un almuerzo DE ALTURA. Con una longitud de 2,3km de largo y 700mts de ancho, toma agua del glaciar de un extremo y la convierte en una hermosa cascada en el otro. Después del almuerzo llegamos al paso Ala Kul a 3680mts, el punto más alto del viaje. No será facil! Pero también inolvidable...bajamos hasta el valle Altyn Arashin, alojamiento en Yurta (Eco Yurt cam Arashan)

DAY 8: ALTYN ARASHAN - AK-SUU - KARAKOL - BISHKEK
Hoy damos por concluido el trekking. Nos recogerá el vehículo y nos llevará hasta Bishkek Alojamiento en hotel y cena de despedida.

Recogida en hotel y transporte al aeropuerto. Fin de servicio.
